My Gratitude

I'm grateful for the gym. I haven't been going as regularly as I'd like recently, and I feel great getting up early and doing a good workout, or going for a run. I really enjoy my exercise, and am training for a 10k run in July...looking forward to it!

I'm grateful for all the people around me who freely share their knowledge, their positivity, their passions. I love being surrounded by awesome personalities, and it motivates me to be the best I can be, and to keep on track with the life I want to be living.

I'm thankful for having a job, money to pay the bills, food to eat and a roof over my head. I don't believe we should take the basics for granted. I'm extremely grateful to have these things to make life more comfortable and pleasant.

I'm grateful for gorgeous Autumn days. The mornings are so beautiful at this time of the year, and the days are stunning - amazing blue skies and sun to warm my back :)

I'm thankful for feeling happy and motivated. Life is great and I love the opportunities I have to make the best of myself on a daily basis.

13th March

Oh dear...I have been letting things slide here for a little while. I notice it in my everyday life.
Am now making a promise to myself to make the time for my daily gratitude...it's the way I want my life to be.

My Gratitude

I am grateful for my weekends. I appreciate them more now that I am working full time.
I love the occasional sleep-in that I get, and things are just a little more relaxed.

I'm grateful for having a night out last night. Although I enjoyed it, it kind of opened my eyes to the fact that I am on a different track now. I love to hang out with friends, and I enjoy the odd drink, but it's not a lifestyle that I want to slip into. I realise I can make better choices, and I am thankful for that.
I have my dreams and goals and they don't include being a party animal  :) I prefer a lovely restaurant, with great food and superb conversation instead.

I'm grateful for my fabulous and gorgeous kids - I'm especially grateful that I get to see Harry in a months time. It seems an age since I saw him!
The girls are such beautiful young women, both on the inside and out, and I am so very lucky to have them and Harry in my life. They are my biggest blessing.

I'm thankful for my family. We are a strange and wonderful bunch, but there is always fun and our own brand of family love when we get together. They make me smile and I can never have too much of that :) Love that warped sense of humour we all share!

I'm grateful for attracting some fantastic and positive people into my life. Whether in person or online, I am getting the little nudges I need to remind me to stay focused on my dreams and my life this year and beyond.
I seem to have dropped a bit of enthusiasm over the last month (life just getting busier does that!) and I'm grateful to be reminded to remember what is important to me.

Time for a little more structure, a little more action and and a little more oomph to get me where I want to be!

March 4th

My Gratitude

Well, it's been a little while since I've been here (time issues more than anything) and I have noticed that not making the time to be grateful makes a difference to things!

So I'm back, and no matter how tired I am, I will make the effort to give thanks for the wonderful things in my life.

I am grateful for the fact that I have great self-esteem and a fantastic sense of humour. These two things mean that when life tries to knock me around I'm able to see that it's not a reflection of me and I can laugh about it! This has made all the difference to me over the last week, and I am extremely grateful for being a strong and capable woman.

I'm thankful for this morning being more relaxed than I have had in the last week and a half. I like to be able to start my day unhurried and calm, and today I can do that.

I'm thankful for my amazing mind - it can create incredible things for me. I am choosing to use it to build a great life, and visualising all the wonderful things I would like, and the adventures I want to have.
Thinking about these sorts of things makes me feel great!

I'm grateful for having plenty of money, and the means to be able to do the things I'd like to do. The bills are easy to pay, and life is flowing beautifully :)

I'm thankful for having such great people in my life. My family and friends are truly amazing and I am so blessed to know them. They are a very loving bunch and it's a privilege to have each and every one of them in my life.
